Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Sales to join our team in a hybrid role, working from our location at 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082, and remotely from home. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify upsell opportunities and make personalized recommendations to customers, driving sales growth and meeting monthly sales goals
  • Work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between our location and remote work, with flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation
  • Handle new service requests, setting up customers with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
  • Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, and maintain customer records
  • Simplify complex explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues

Essential Qualifications

  • Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
  • Verified internet service, a dedicated work area, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex explanations and provide personalized recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a sales or customer service environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and meeting monthly sales goals
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary, with a weekly salary range of $600.00 - $696.50, and up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
