Your Role as a Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our customer service team, interacting with customers via live chat on business websites and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and delivering information for a variety of inquiries
  • Handling routine support questions from existing customers and managing sales-related inquiries from potential customers
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience through efficient and effective communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on business websites and social media platforms

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Manage sales-related inquiries from potential customers, converting them into loyal customers

Rate:

$35 per hour

Working Hours:

Minimum of 10 hours per week, with the option to expand up to 40 hours based on your availability

Essential Qualifications:
