About the Role: Providing Customer Service Support with Flexibility and Care

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone, providing support and answering questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, patience, and attention to detail will ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to guests and travel agent partners via phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently from home, managing your time effectively to meet service interval commitments and performance targets

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to work independently from home, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet performance targets
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with cruise lines or in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of cruise line operations, destinations, and ship amenities
  • Experience working in a home-based or remote environment
