Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Consulting with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements
- Researching destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries
- Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Providing ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns
- Staying updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services
- Meeting sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities
