Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and empathetic support to clients via live chat, addressing their unique needs and concerns with sensitivity and understanding
  • Assess client needs and guide them to appropriate resources and services, ensuring they receive the most effective support possible
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of client communication, adhering to organizational policies and confidentiality standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service, crisis intervention, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or crisis intervention is a significant plus, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and poise
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, enabling you to craft clear, concise, and supportive responses to clients
