Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and data entry
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with computer applications and equipment, including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently transpose information between customer orders and internal software systems
  • Proven customer support experience and ability to work in a team environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
