Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
  • Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Schedule

As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Your schedule will include:

  • Work hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
