Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You'll be part of a dynamic and diverse team of individuals who are committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and processing returns or refunds. Higher education is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. All training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
