Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our remote team, working part-time hours. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth through targeted lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and convert lead-generated inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and conversion rates - Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, serving as a brand ambassador and expert in our alarm solutions - Meet and exceed personal and team targets, consistently delivering high-quality results - Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion - Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing personalized solutions and exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and quality delivery - Act as a role model within the team, embodying the arenaflex values and promoting a culture of excellence

Essential Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role, with a proven track record of success - Strong customer-centric mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Good level of education, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment - Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
