Experienced Customer Service and Repair Representative – Digital Industries

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service and Repair Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Job Summary:

As a Customer Service and Repair Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment. You'll work closely with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, meet or exceed service goals, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues

  • Request and enter required information per written process to execute repair, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage repair priority with repair techs as appropriate to meet schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead problem resolution activities, including capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround
  • Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers
  • Support activities that meet the KPIs required to successfully manage the business, including delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, and more
  • Run reports, review detailed datasets, and recommend process changes that lead to improved KPI delivery
  • Participate and/or lead improvement activities deemed appropriate to meet/exceed service goals
  • Support other roles or tasks as requested by management

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or a related field)

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, repair, or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in managing repair priorities for customers, with a strong understanding of repair processes and procedures

  • Experience in documentation and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in problem resolution activities, including capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
