Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and providing exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities

- Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages

Essential Qualifications
