Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support by inputting maintenance schedules into our software systems and generating reports for meetings.
- Maintaining various documents to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, vendor qualifications, and project closure.
- Assisting with auditing work orders and training records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Overseeing data reporting activities and relaying insights to management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Collaborating with Customer Facility Operations to quickly address any issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Scheduling maintenance activities and generating relevant work orders and reports to enhance efficiency.
- Providing weekly and monthly metrics on work order utilization to management.
- Entering new equipment and task lists into our Facility Maintenance Management System to ensure comprehensive tracking.
- Managing data within our SharePoint site to ensure organization and accessibility.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) is essential; familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently while remaining accessible during working hours.
- Experience in report writing or generating software is a plus.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- One year of experience in a critical environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with building maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Up to 10% travel may be required for training purposes.
