Experienced Entry-Level Application Administrator – Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in manually building organizations and users in Link, while also providing exceptional customer support to our end-users.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Application Administrator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support to our end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to our new application
• Manually building organizations and users in Link, while also assisting with the migration of orgs, accounts, and users
• Utilizing your excellent typing skills (40+ wpm) and proficiency in Word and Excel to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with our development team to ensure a smooth migration process and provide feedback on the new application
• Working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials, ensuring a positive user experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Manually build organizations and users in Link, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with the migration of orgs, accounts, and users, working closely with our development team to ensure a smooth transition
• Utilize your typing skills (40+ wpm) and proficiency in Word and Excel to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials, ensuring a positive user experience
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on the new application

Essential Qualifications:

* High school graduate or equivalent

• Excellent typing skills (40+ wpm)
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
• Customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support to end-users
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus

• Experience working with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
• Familiarity with application migration and implementation processes
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
