As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll provide exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites and providing prompt and friendly customer service. As an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers in making informed decisions by providing product and service information.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
• Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new releases, updates, and promotions.
• Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Contract Length and Pay Rate:

There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Background Needed:

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
• The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
• A reliable internet connection.
• Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
