Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Event Relations and Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our event database, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional support to our talent and stakeholders. If you have a strong background in event relations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining our event database, including vendor information, status reports, and other internal records
• Coordinating logistics for events, including research, procurement, and fulfillment
• Regulating event relations financial arrangements, processing p-card charges, and managing sales
• Providing exceptional support to our talent and stakeholders, including coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical needs
• Assisting with directing event supports for asset opportunities, including coordinating with vendors and stakeholders
• Regulating experiences, including dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows
• Making arrangements for participants, supervising filler association, and conceptualizing skill to welcome
• E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list
• Labeling and seating for events
• On-the-spot backing and leading GA and VIP enrollment

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience in event relations or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled social skills
• Ability to work independently, flexibly, and trustworthily
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, surprising new talent, designs, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with event planning software and tools

• Knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, talent, and events
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
