Key Responsibilities

As a remote Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
• Maintaining accurate records and data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Identifying and resolving issues that may impact customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
