Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our merchant partners and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their performance and skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive success.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with Google Sheets or other data analysis tools.
