Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, research and resolve customer issues, and process documents. This is a fully remote position, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices - Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment - Research and resolve customer issues, including those related to employee benefits - Process documents and maintain accurate records - Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need: - High school diploma - Customer service experience - Strong typing and basic computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word - Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll - Call center experience
