Key Responsibilities

As an Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients, developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Planning for and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
  • Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations.

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to develop effective solutions to meet client needs.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary range of $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
