Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications
