Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As the face of arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and confidence with our clients, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported
• Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments, with a focus on transparency and clarity
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that every client's information is accurate and up-to-date
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including removing animal waste and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times
• Participating in team-building events, theme days, and other activities that promote a fun and engaging work environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the animal care industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care facility
• Knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and health
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
