As a Remote Chat Agent for arenaflex Energy Services, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers through live chat, email, and other digital channels. Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products, promoting our offerings and driving sales growth
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts, ensuring seamless customer experiences
