About the Role

As a Retail Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face and voice of our hotel, casino, and resort operations, providing exceptional service to our guests via phone, live chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing guest inquiries, and providing comprehensive information about our properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with guests via phone, live chat, and email to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize internal resources and systems to view guest account statuses and histories, using this information to assist guests and provide personalized service
  • Provide comprehensive information about our properties, including hotel reservations, property amenities, and event information
  • Operate our telephone call service, answering and transferring inbound phone calls, and executing outbound phone calls as applicable
  • Collaborate with leaders and fellow team members to stay current on daily occurrences at our properties and within our backend systems, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain a strong track record for punctuality and attendance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique blend of skills, including:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or progress toward a college degree preferred
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation
