Job Overview

In this essential role, you will virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and other inquiries. As a customer care representative, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to customer questions, and taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue. Your goal will be to provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and other inquiries
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring accurate and helpful information
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy, ensuring confidentiality and security

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating technical proficiency
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer-centric principles
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
