About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in receiving and processing calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to gather information, provide support, and relay critical details to our team of clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be required to work evening and weekend shifts, including holidays, and must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, even in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Gather information, provide support, and relay critical details to our team of clinicians
  • Utilize excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to ensure seamless communication with callers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, including documentation of caller information and interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all callers receive a positive and supportive experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team of clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 18 years of age, have access to high-speed internet, and be able to maintain a personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with the ability to meet minimum requirements
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, with pay at time and a half
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network, with a dedicated workspace environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience working in a call center or telehealth environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in the healthcare industry
