Credentialing Analyst- Customer Operations
Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, develops and markets a portfolio of leading aesthetics brands and products. They are seeking a Credentialing Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of customer data while collaborating with various departments to support commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform data validation to ensure quality and notify appropriate business partners when quality issues arise
- Ensure customer data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant
- Possess advanced knowledge of Credentialing processes/procedures for all customer account settings, identify problems, and generate solutions
- Lead or attend cross-functional calls with customers, sales, and/or internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Analyze data, identify trends, and locate root causes to identify better ways to conduct business
- Design, pull, and/or interpret a variety of operational performance reports
- Conduct complex data mining activities and analysis via multiple business systems (I.E. SAP, CRM, DSP), dependent on business requirements
- Take ownership of tasks/projects and drive them to completion/implementation without additional prompting
- Provide timely updates on tasks/projects
- Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate high level of knowledge and confidence in decision making
- Identify and/or generate solutions despite ambiguity
- Take initiative to identify data clean up needs and proactively initiate resolution
Skills
- High School diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Effective communication skills (presentation, document writing, coaching)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other database query solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to take initiative and make quality decisions
- Experience with customer master or master data management solutions
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
