Brand Coordinator

Salem Church Products is a division of Salem Web Network dedicated to equipping leaders for ministry. They are seeking a Brand Coordinator to manage marketing efforts, customer service, and product strategies for their Children's Ministry brands, aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, writing, scheduling, and execution of marketing emails for our Children’s Ministry brands
  • Track performance metrics and develop testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions in support of business goals
  • Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and coordinate promotions and campaigns
  • Fulfill the onsite merchandising strategies, promotions and product placement
  • Coordinate and schedule new product launches and seasonal promotions
  • Communicate with vendors about new content, promotions, and reporting
  • Balance multiple campaigns while keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Provide a positive customer experience for all users by engaging with users to answer questions and provide product support
  • Analyze questions and needs to help better inform marketing and new products
  • Assist with regular reporting on sales, marketing and merchandising efforts
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives

Skills

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (email/social media marketing preferred)
  • Strong copywriting & editing skills – clear, compelling, and audience-focused
  • Project management experience – ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision
  • Customer Service experience – a desire to engage with and serve Kids Pastors
  • Team player attitude – willing to take initiative to help our customers and our team succeed
  • Curiosity & self-motivation - eagerness to learn and become better at your job every day while being able to work independently
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
  • Familiarity with Kids Ministry and/or the faith-based digital marketplace
  • Graphic design experience
  • Shopify or ecommerce experience
