Bilingual Call Center Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service)

The Bilingual Call Center Insurance Agent will focus on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers while building lasting relationships and expanding business opportunities with additional products such as homeowners and health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales production goals
- Proactively connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system
- Quickly establish rapport with clients and provide expert guidance to help them choose the insurance product that best fits their needs
Skills
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (strongly preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
