[Remote] Regional Associate (Sales Support)

They are seeking a Regional Associate to support the sales team by managing client engagement activities, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Director in managing daily sales and client engagement activities
• Schedule face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and virtual appointments with Financial Advisors, RIAs, and Wirehouse partners
• Maintain advisor interactions and activities using Salesforce
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and Regional Consultant as part of a team-based sales effort
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting preparation and follow-up
• Coordinate and set up Wirehouse breakfast and lunch meetings
• Participate in company-wide and team calls to stay aligned with business initiatives
• Complete required compliance training and adhere to firm policies and procedures

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role (financial services or professional services experience a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort interacting with financial advisors and senior leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience supporting sales, regional leadership, or advisor-facing teams
• Event or seminar planning experience
• Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
