Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Application Administration and Customer Support

Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Beacon-to-Link migration project. As part of this project, our development team is building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components. We need a reliable and efficient individual to manually build a large number of organizations and users in Link, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manually build a large number of organizations and users in Link, using our proprietary tools and systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and tools
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transactions
- Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute (wpm)
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Experience with data entry and customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
