About arenaflex's Financial Analysis and Reporting Team

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. We work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to improve financial performance. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality analysis and reporting that informs business decisions and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including monthly performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve financial performance
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions and drive results
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw insights from large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field

• Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
