Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (additional languages a plus).

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
