What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs
- Continuously improving our services, such as design, customer experience, and retention
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
