Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, navigating complex issues, and providing innovative solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations

  • Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
  • Effectively communicate sales and promotions
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds
  • Develop expertise in navigating the arenaflex website to assist customers
  • Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits
  • Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Training and Development

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll undergo comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:

  • Position training takes place during the first three weeks after your start date, with a minimum of 30 hours of training per week
  • Training focuses on developing your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and product knowledge
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you grow and develop in your role

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered)

  • Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
  • Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Successful completion of all required training programs is essential to maintain the role and ensure continued professional growth and development
