Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing support to arenaflex partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues using our CRM system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field

Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred

Working Hours

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Availability to work in multiple time zones is a plus.
