- Drive the strategic development and enhancement of policy products in alignment with the product vision and business objectives.
- Create detailed scope and product change use cases to expedite product change delivery.
- Function as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Document product change requirements and stakeholder analysis at the product and product change levels.
- Lead business teams in identifying clear problem statements and value statements for each product change. What's Needed?
- In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance with a detailed understanding of policy administration products.
- Experience in product ownership or management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
