Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and growing equipment and automation to enhance performance for arenaflex's rebate aggregator operations process, related to document transfers, reporting, rejection management, trending, and rebate reconciliation.
• Working with utility bills in a data entry capacity, requiring high accuracy and speed.
• Meeting the demands of a fast-paced and constant work environment, with a focus on 10-key speed and accuracy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Collaborating with our team to drive performance and growth, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A documented high 10-key KPM or WPM score (north of 13,000 kph).
• A Windows machine with dual high-resolution monitors, a 10-key keyboard, microphone, speakers, and web camera.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
