The Role

As a Product Manager on our InHome team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering a world-class client experience that meets the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, develop innovative solutions, and drive business outcomes that exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in product management, customer experience, and technology will be instrumental in shaping the future of our InHome service.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and launch new features and services that enhance the client experience
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead client research and translate customer needs into actionable business requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance
  • Drive the development and launch of new features and services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or a related field

  • Proven expertise in product planning, development, and launch, with a focus on customer experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for emerging technologies and innovative solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice to Have

* Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies

  • Background in customer experience design and user research
  • Familiarity with last-mile product management and delivery
  • Experience with startup or lean environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and digital inclusion
