  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers, to resolve customer issues and provide timely resolutions

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards, including verified internet service and a direct LAN connection

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Advanced technical skills, including experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Compensation and Benefits
