Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional member service via phone, email, and online chat from a non-member facing call center environment
  • Responding to member financial inquiries and uncovering opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions
  • Assisting members with service requests and providing solutions on a variety of financial accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on providing personalized solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online chat platforms
  • Visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CFP, CFA)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
