Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working with clients to determine their needs and assist them with their travel arrangements, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel and resort accommodations, and rental cars
  • Completing required certification within a timely manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs with our company and travel partners
  • Researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
  • Planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Staying organized and managing multiple tasks and priorities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be a resident of the United States
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Reliable internet access with a smartphone and/or a computer
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not necessary, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
