Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through live chat, email, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to clients through live chat, email, and phone, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior support specialists as needed
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work closely with the support team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure high-quality support

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or technical support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
