Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a virtual or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a virtual or call center environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field
