Job Summary
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying complex software applications that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and develop software solutions, and troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy complex software applications using a range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless performance and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve arenaflex's software applications
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
Skills and Competencies
* Proficiency in cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with supply chain management tools like Git and ADO
- Backend engineers: proficiency in Java or Springboot
- Frontend engineers: proficiency in React JS or Angular JS
- Ability to write interfaces and APIs using JSON or SOAP and web services
- Familiarity with database principles and experience writing SQL queries in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience working with agile teams and using person stories and recognition standards
- Willingness to analyze and discover new technologies, and figure out answers through deeper studies and troubleshooting
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Three to four years of qualifying work experience in data generation or engineering environment
- An associated superior degree may also offset the experience requirements
