Job Description

As a Live Chat Agent for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through online chat platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and other services, and provide accurate information and solutions to enhance customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat

Requirements
