Job Description: We are pleased to offer continued growth and advancement as we currently have an opening for a fully remote Social Media and Content Marketing Associate within our Marketing Department. This role requires experience or strong interest in creating engaging email marketing campaigns, social media content, and visual creatives. Our ideal candidate possesses a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, and has a strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a monthly content calendar as well as communicate objectives with employees
  • Create cutting-edge and engaging graphics for various platforms
  • Manage our community engagement by responding to comments and oversee customer service across all platforms
  • Research and implement relevant content that aligns with social media strategy
  • Optimize profiles and posts for organic reach
  • Edit videos for social content
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
  • Grow the company’s overall social media reach
  • Develop synergistic partnerships for our social media platforms
  • Manage customer content requests
  • Provide email vendors with monthly content calendars and graphic elements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles
  • Working knowledge of best practices for LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google
  • Basic understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to assist with performance reporting
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO principles for web content
  • Experience creating or assisting with email templates and understanding basic email design best practices
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Copywriting, blog writing, or content creation experience
  • Experience with Buffer or similar social media scheduling platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML

Additional Details:

  • This is NOT a “flexible hours” WFH position. Hours are structured and must be adhered to.
  • Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am EST - 5:30 pm EST, Friday 9:00 am EST – 4:30 pm EST.
  • Access to full medical benefits (Oxford), Cigna dental/vision, and 401(k) all of which are offered after a 60-day probationary period.
  • Paid personal, vacation, and sick time.

Compensation: · Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits:
