Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Online Community Manager to join our fully remote team, based out of Fusionopolis, Singapore. While our physical hub is in Singapore, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the same time zone, leveraging cutting-edge tools to bridge geographical distances. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our online presence, cultivating an engaging and supportive environment for our users, partners, and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive community strategies that foster genuine connections, encourage knowledge sharing, and drive active participation across various platforms. This isn't just about moderation; it's about empowerment, advocacy, and strategic growth. You will become the voice and advocate for our community members, relaying their insights and feedback directly to our product and marketing teams to ensure continuous improvement and relevance. Your day-to-day will involve crafting compelling content, initiating discussions that spark debate and camaraderie, and organizing virtual events that bring our community closer. We expect you to be proactive in identifying emerging trends, implementing best practices in online engagement, and leveraging analytics to measure community health and impact. A significant part of your role will be to manage conflict resolution with grace and professionalism, ensuring our community guidelines are upheld and that every member feels respected and heard. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive online community engagement strategies.
  • Moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and fostering a positive environment.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, articles, polls, videos) to stimulate discussions and participation.
  • Organize and execute virtual events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to connect community members.
  • Monitor community metrics, analyze trends, and report on community health, growth, and engagement.
  • Identify and engage with community advocates and influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
  • Implement and manage community platforms and tools effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in online community management or social media management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of various online platforms and social media channels.
  • Ability to develop and execute engaging content strategies.
  • Proficiency in community management software and analytics tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
  • Experience in a B2B or tech-related industry.
