[Remote] Home Office - Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for scanning invoices, gathering approvals, coding construction invoices, and maintaining organization in all tasks.
Responsibilities
- Scan invoices into the Accounts Payable system for verification, approvals, and coding
- Gather necessary approvals for invoices and follow up with approvers as needed
- Code construction invoices, ensuring accuracy in account codes, vendor codes, and due dates
- Track costs associated with property damage claims across various locations
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in all tasks
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounts payable role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with accounts payable systems and invoice processing
- Familiarity with vendor statement reconciliation
- Previous experience in a team-oriented work environment
