Contact Center Representative I

Kelly Services is hiring a Contact Center Customer Service Representative I. This role involves managing high-volume customer interactions through calls, emails, and tickets while providing accurate solutions and support to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and service tickets
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive rapport with internal and external customers
  • Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions
  • Create and manage customer cases using information provided by customers
  • Enter quotes and orders promptly and accurately
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and request updates when needed
  • Provide order status updates, tracking details, and general account support
  • Utilize SAP and other systems to process and document customer requests
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and service standards
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while maintaining accuracy

Skills

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Patient, diplomatic communication style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • SAP or CRM experience required
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • College coursework or degree preferred
