Contact Center Representative I
Kelly Services is hiring a Contact Center Customer Service Representative I. This role involves managing high-volume customer interactions through calls, emails, and tickets while providing accurate solutions and support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and service tickets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive rapport with internal and external customers
- Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions
- Create and manage customer cases using information provided by customers
- Enter quotes and orders promptly and accurately
- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and request updates when needed
- Provide order status updates, tracking details, and general account support
- Utilize SAP and other systems to process and document customer requests
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and service standards
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while maintaining accuracy
Skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Patient, diplomatic communication style with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP or CRM experience required
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Call center experience strongly preferred
- College coursework or degree preferred
