Daily Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client
- Digitalizing claims in a form provided by the company
- Focusing on imputing all details of the claim with high accuracy
- Providing production services such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications
- Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
- Quickly adapting to business rule changes
- Providing support to other business operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Be capable of lifting 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead
- Be able to clear a criminal background check
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Be eligible to work in the United States
